These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorkMithra, a job search and application platform operated by Power Net Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"). By using WorkMithra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
WorkMithra is intended for individuals seeking employment and for employers or recruiters posting genuine job opportunities.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and apply for jobs, unless local law allows employment at a younger age with appropriate consent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering or applying for jobs.
2. Account & sign-in
Job seekers may sign in using a mobile number and basic profile details. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your account access with others or use another person's identity without permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
3. Job listings & applications
Job listings are posted by employers, recruiters, or our team. We strive to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that every detail (salary, location, role, or availability) is current.
When you apply, your profile information and application details may be shared with the relevant employer or recruiter.
Applying through WorkMithra does not guarantee an interview, offer, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, discriminatory, or illegal job listings or applications
- Harass employers, candidates, or WorkMithra staff
- Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data without written permission
- Upload malware, spam, or content that infringes others' rights
- Attempt to bypass security, captcha, or access controls
5. Employer & recruiter responsibilities
Employers and recruiters must post only legitimate openings and comply with applicable labour and employment laws.
They must use candidate data only for recruitment purposes related to the applied role and handle personal data responsibly.
6. Fees
WorkMithra is free for job seekers unless we clearly state otherwise for a specific service.
Employers or recruiters may be subject to separate posting or service fees as agreed with Power Net Technical Services.
7. Intellectual property
WorkMithra content, branding, software, and design are owned by or licensed to Power Net Technical Services. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your name, skills, and resume), but grant us a licence to display and share it as needed to operate the service.
8. Disclaimers
WorkMithra is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that every listing or employer interaction will meet your expectations.
We are not a party to any employment contract between you and an employer.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Power Net Technical Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of WorkMithra.
Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
Continued use of WorkMithra after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
